An OWN OCCUPATION definition means that you are disabled when you cannot perform the substantial duties of being a Chiropractor even if you engage in any other gainful occupation.
After December 31, 2008, your only option will be a REGULAR OCCUPATION definition which means you are disabled when you cannot perform the substantial duties of being a Chiropractor AND you are not working in any gainful occupation. |
